It depends only on your sending density or volume. look deeply at your mail list size, email message body size, the daily limit you want to send and sending speed.
We prefer to choose VPS-01 for volume around 10,000 email message per day for a message body not exceeding 50KB and recipient list segmented into 25 recipient for each email.
